REPORT OF THE MEETING HELD WITH DR.  AYELARI (CSP 210 COORDINATOR) AT SAAT CONFERENCE ROOM WITH CLASS 19 LEADERS.
The meeting starting at exactly 15:16pm with Dr.  Ayelari as the presiding officer and the SET (Com. Opiano) , SAAT (Hon. Atewo) & SEMS (Com. Sir Newton) Governor, Class Representatives from SET,  SAAT,  SEMS,  SEET.  The coordinator was so disappointed and sad due to the act displayed by the Students' Union and ASSU for  stopping students from working, he made us realize how much he loves students and how he work against students from carrying the course.  He as well helped majority of the students who enrolled for Csp 201 by adding 10marks to each result. We all apologized on behalf of all students.
      He made it known that plot allocation and planting commences tomorrow.  All students are to plant 30cm apart, and all planting should be on top of the ridges (must not be deeper than the thumb), maximum of 2 seeds per ridge. Thinning and chemical application commences after 2weeks of planting. All sign post should be erected properly and must be checked every week, so as to avoid termite attack on the sign post in case it fell down.
      Plots will be allocated according to department. Which has already been grouped on a notice board on farm.
       Attendance tomorrow is very important,  students who has genuine reasons for not coming and the physically challenged students will be considered.
       The two weeks sectional practicals missed so far will be fixed the week after examination.
        No examination for CSP210, practicals will be graded according to farm works,  a total of 100%.
         The meeting came to an end at exactly  16:13, with a very smiling face by Dr.  Ayelari.
