Court Orders Frances Bean Cobain to Pay Emergency Relief to Estranged Husband

Frances Bean, the daughter of wealthy Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love, has been ordered by the court to pay emergency relief to her estranged husband while they come to a conclusion in their divorce issue.
The court ordered Frances to pay Silva, her estranged husband, a sum of $12,000 every month for the next four months as his living expense while the former couple fights through their divorce.

According to some reliable resources, the couple will be in mediation during the 4-month period. It has been learnt that Cobain also agreed to cover the school fee and monthly expenses of the daughter her estranged husband’s had from his previous relationship.
The court learned that Frances Bean Cobain is worth more than $100 million, thanks to her father’s estate. Silva is reportedly asking for half of the money she earned during their marriage through her business dealings.
In her divorce filing, Frances Bean Cobain tried to establish that she is the sole owner of the money from her father’s estate. However, she indicated a willingness to pay Silva a reasonable amount on account of spousal support. Frances denies that she gave one of her father’s electric guitar to Silva as a wedding gift.
Frances Bean Cobain and Isaiah Silva married in 2014, after dating for five years. Reliable sources have claimed that the couple did not have a prenuptial agreement.
Frances Bean Cobain is an American visual artist. She is the only child or Nirvana Kurt Cobain and Hole Courtney Love. She has done modeling, artwork and produced an HBO movie about her father’s life.
Frances’ mother termed the relationship between her daughter and Silva “dangerous and toxic one,” and expressed her relief on her daughter’s decision to get the divorce from her husband. She is fully supporting her daughter in the divorce process.
